<aside> ⛸️ Liz Eve Social Media Manager

Liz trained in permaculture and food forest design, including a permaculture design certificate and became part of the Feld Food Forest, helping with communication. She studied psychology and photography. Liz is interested in what motivates people to connect with our natural environment and with the topic of climate change. As part of her business she photographs and writes articles on her favourite topic, sustainable architecture. She is currently working on a book with Cafe Botanico in Berlin. The Botanico Year Book project is teaching her lots about plants, forest gardening and soil.

<aside> 🎎 Fenja Freiin Grote Public Relation, Networking & Outreaching

Fenja came to FFF through a fundamental interest in the links between nature, culture and art. Now she is working at OSA to form an alliance of soil lovers and experts. In her thesis (art and cultural studies) she writes about the green history of Berlin and how alternative forms of gardens emerge. In doing so, she always enjoys coming across new contexts and connections.

<aside> 🐝 Elena Ferrari Public Relation, Networking & Outreaching

Elena is landscape designer and researcher based in Berlin. She is currently working on her PhD research (Iuav University of Venice) that focuses on the relationship among anthropic and natural realms in Berlin. One of her scientific interests concerns new forms of urban gardens in a global context. She is a member of FFF and part of a research project that investigates the possible integration of allotment and community gardens in Berlin and Warsaw (Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, University of Łódź).

<aside> 🔬 Ben Purinton Scientific Consultant

Geoscientist studying the intersection of Remote Sensing (measuring the Earth with satellites, airplanes, and drones) and Geomorphology (the science of landscape form), currently at the Uni Potsdam.

Anna studied Economics and specialized into innovative policy tools for the conservation of natural ecosystems. Her passion for sustainability and transformative societies brought her to collaborate with different initiatives Europe-wide, until landing at Feld Food Forest. She’s now curious about how citizen science, social innovation and politics can come together to tackle the big environmental challenges of our time.
